Mary is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach who earned her designation from the World Class Coaches Training Institute. An Executive Coach, who attracts high potential professionals from various industries at the manager, director and senior executive levels. A Human Resources Development Professional, she has a background in Facilitation, Program Administration, Employment and Career Advising. Posses a wealth of knowledge in the field of Adult Education, she is qualified in MBTI, Change/Transitions Management, Leadership Development, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership 360 Feedback, Culture survey and specializes in Dynamics of Human Behavior. A values based business, with a focus on results, Mary diligently strives for progress and desired outcomes. Committed to managing chaos and simplifying complexity by collaborating with individuals and teams, Mary designs, highly customized programs and resourceful strategies to manage stress, reduce impact of emotional transitions and continually improve personal, professional and organizational leadership effectiveness. A notable networker and former member of BNI she has held various leadership roles. Trained in Findhorn, Scotland, Mary is one of the first Canadians certified in The Transformation Game™. Mary has been acknowledged as a women of influence and is a member of Victoria e-Women Network.
